- Whenever possible, we use recycled paper made with a high percentage of post-consumer waste for our office needs and for our mailed publications.
- We have completed an upgrade to a state-of-the-art LED lighting system in our Lobby.
- Since 2004, our wattage use has been cut by 62%.
- Our monthly steam consumption has dropped by as much as 46% thanks to an upgrade to the heating and cooling system.
- New air filters have also helped to cut our electricity usage by up to 23%.
- High-efficiency hand blowers in the Level 5 bathrooms have further cut our reliance on paper towels.
- The Promenade features 100% organic highly sustainable bamboo T-shirts.
- A partnership with local vendors has led to fresh and organic selections at Intermezzo and the Stage 5 Bar.
