Online seating charts are now available on our venues page.
 Convenience matters. That's why we offer no less than seven convenient ways to purchase your tickets: 1. online sales, 2. online reservations, 3. e-mail requests, 4. phone orders, 5. fax orders, 6. mail orders, or 7. in-person purchases. For more details, keep reading.
1. Online Ticket Sales and the New Waiting List
Point. Click. Buy. With online ticket purchasing, it's never been easier to book seats for your favorite Krannert performance. To make your purchase now using a major credit card, simply click the "Buy your tickets online!" icon or text link whenever it appears next to a performance. If tickets aren't available online, you may still be able to reserve tickets online. If tickets for your show of choice are currently unavailable, you can now join the waiting list and be notified if tickets become available. (Note: At this time, group discounts are not available through our online ticketing system. To learn more about group ticketing options, please contact the Outreach Director at 217/244-0549.)
2. Online Ticket Reservations
To reserve tickets for a performance, including tickets not currently available online, simply use our online reservation form. The ticket office checks reservation requests at 10am and 4pm daily. If you need a more immediate answer, call 217/333-6280 or use our toll-free number, 800/KCPATIX (527-2849). (Note: Reserving a ticket is not the same as purchasing a ticket. If tickets for your performance are available online, you can buy them now using our convenient online ticketing system.)
3. E-mail requests
Note: E-mail orders are checked daily at 10am and 4pm. For more immediate assistance, please call the ticket office during regular office hours.
4. Phone orders
To order tickets by phone, call 217/333-6280 or 800/KCPATIX (527-2849). Patrons who are deaf, hard-of-hearing, or speech-impaired may also purchase tickets via TTY at 217/333-9714.
5. Fax orders
Send fax orders to 217/244-SHOW (244-7469).
6. Mail orders
To order tickets by mail, send your request to:

7. In-person purchases
To purchase your tickets in person, visit the Krannert Center Ticket Office at 500 South Goodwin Avenue in Urbana, Illinois, any time daily from 10am to 6pm.

Discounts
Organized groups of 10 or more may receive substantial savings by calling Krannert Center's community liaison at 217/244-0549. Fixed Series and/or a Flex Series are another great way to save. Ask for more details.
